Registration fees

Registration fees include access to NOVEM 2015 conference, the proceedings, lunches and refreshments during the coffee breaks. The conference dinner is not included. Registration for the dinner is done through the online registration system.

Registration will be open on 21 november 2014, after abstract acceptance.

NOVEM is conceived to stimulate exchanges. In view of the limited number of papers which can be accepted, the authors are encouraged to submit not more than a single contribution by the same person. Each additional paper will be subjected to a supplement fee of EUR 200.

The reduced student fee is meant to encourage the presentations by young researchers. It thus applies only to a participant who provides a student certificate and who is both the first author and the paper presenter.
